  Andrew and Jill are highly skilled in closing deals but more importantly, they have integrity and they care about people. After listening to our needs, Andrew sent us qualified listings within our search criteria, guided us to narrow that search, came out to see our prospective new home (at his suggestion after we told him that we wanted to make an offer), and most importantly, successfully negotiated our offer (amongst multiple offers) to close. Without getting into details, I will say that we wouldn't have been successful in this offer if it weren't for Andrew's experience, skill and contacts.
