  I would just like to take this opportunity to make mention of the two movers we had for our move from Qualicum Beach to Victoria. The two gentleman that helped us, Andrew and Gary, were absolutely amazing! Not only were they extremely efficient and professional, they were very calming during what can typically be a stressful time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. As a matter of fact, I have a friend who may be making the same move within the next couple of months and he is planning on using your services. Thank you both again for your awesome service! My husband and I are very grateful.

  We did a move from Vancouver to Coquitlam but had about 20m3 of boxes and some furniture coming from Edmonton. On they day they went to pick up our stuff, they said they would be there late afternoon, they did not show up until 10pm. Then they quoted more money as they claimed there was mored space being used. Which was odd! We literally had double the boxes when we moved last with this company 2 years ago and they charged us more for the second move when we had about half of the amount of stuff to move. They then notified us they would have our stuff dropped off somewhere between 8-10am and no one showed until 1pm. After this we were out running errands for the new place only to get a call that we needed to be back at our place in an hour because they forgot to drop off a ladder and left other peoples stuff at our place. We said we wouldn't be able to make it back for another couple of hours and they said to bad. So we had to drop everything we were doing again and rush home.
  
  The only reason they get one star is because the mover they contracted out to us for our Vancouver to Coquitlam portion was amazing and extremely helpful. Will no longer recommend this company to any of our friends or family moving from Alberta to BC. We called the company for an explanation or at least to get a refund for the metres cubed they overcharged us for and they were rude, unsympathetic and stand offish.
