  Brett responded quickly to my call about our broken heater, diagnosed the probable problem on the phone, came soon after and fixed it in under an hour (including travel time!) His efficiency and effectiveness were first rate. He also provided a wealth of excellent advice on caring for our pool and hot tub, and as a result I bought a better brush from him than you can get at the usual stores. Especially like the idea of the drop-off chemical service, which our neighbour uses for his hot tub ... we'll be switching over as soon as our supply runs out. Very pleased and impressed!
