  I legitimately do not know why Goodrich has bad reviews.
  
  I lived in two of their properties with my family (wife + kids) and they were nothing but prompt and courteous with getting repairs made or answering any questions we had.
  
  Even when we moved into the second property and the previous tenant destroyed the unit, they quickly had cleaners and contractors go in there and make all the necessary repairs, and even took care of things that they didn't have to do.
  
  I think people are expecting things to be done the very second they send in a request. Everyone's use to instant gratification these days, and that's not how reality works. Having dealt with a few management companies, I can without a doubt say Goodrich is at the top in terms of quality of service.
  
  I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent a unit from them or looking to use them to rent their unit out.
