  we had a water leak caused by poor instillation of the shower floor from the original build.the hallway,living room and kitchen floor was replaced.cause was to my belief was the floor flexing and breaking the silicone seal between the floor and tile wall.the tile wall was re grouted and more silicone applied.this was repaired in 2011 by a restoration company covering the warranty.i had insisted the shower floor was not supported along the wall.since new and has not been properly repaired.i have viewed other units in the building and im not the only one with this issue.
  i request to have this fixed again.
