  4 weeks ago, I had them fix a kitchen sink. I actually heard the guy on his phone with the office say "why should I sell them a new vanity, it's only a faucet, and I can totally fix this one." This company pushes their people to sell, instead of doing plumbing. I feel they are shady. I am never going to use them again . How can you trust them? A good little scam they have going.

  Was in a real mess with a kitchen sink backup, that my husband and I had tried to fix on our own. Called Reid's Sunday morning - arrived within an hour and promptly diagnosed the rotting sink drain.The repair was done in record time. I would recommend this company for any or all of your plumbing needs. Besides being very knowledgeable, Kevin (the technician) was also very courteous.
