  I will add my voice to the chorus of extremely negative reviews! Avoid this place at all costs, their online website as well. I ordered a "new" record from them. When it arrived it was NOT new. It was opened, scratched, and the dirtiest record I had ever seen. Clearly not new, and in poor shape. I spoke with the owner (David), and he was a very difficult person to deal with. He claimed that they open EVERY new record before selling them (what?!). He also tried to claim that Canada Post had scratched the record, even though the LP had never left the sleeve or box he mailed it in. He said I could not return this "new" record, and that I should make a claim with Canada Post. Unbelievable. STAY AWAY from this place. Overly expensive, and a terrible experience. I have had very positive experiences at Red Cat Records, Audiopile and Neptoon Records, and would highly recommend checking these places out while staying AS FAR AWAY from "Vinyl Records" as possible!
